MidJourney Face Swapping

If AI image generator, MidJourney, wasn't mind-blowing enough, along comes the ability to drop your own likeness into any image. Or, perhaps more concerning, anyone else's likeness.

What would have been a multi-hour, highly technical Photoshop task in the past, is now just a a prompt and 30 seconds or so.  Upload a regular headshot, set up the INSwapper bot on your MidJourney server, and let the insanity begin.

Fun stuff.  A more practical example of potential use is professional headshots for bios, profile pictures and teams.  This is often a tough task particularly with large groups across geographies and time periods with staff turnover.  What has been the struggle to organize shoots with consistent look and feel will soon be replaced by pre-created poses and settings.  The technology is still a few iterations away from really working for this, but it won't be too long:

The potential for this kind of capability is massive both positive and negative.  It's a lot of fun, but will be one of the many privacy and potential abuse areas that will require legislation soon.

If you'd like to learn how to set up with feature on MidJourney, shoot me a note and I can send you instructions.
